RECLIPIT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This policy explains what information RECLIPIT ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest — we collect what we need to run the product, and nothing shady.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate RECLIPIT. Each receives only the minimum data needed to do its job — never your account identity where it isn't required, and never for their own purposes:

ProviderPurposeWhat they receive
StripePayments & subscriptionsEmail, plan, payment details (handled by Stripe directly — we never see your card number)
Cloud infrastructure providersHosting, storage, and content deliveryService data and media stored on our infrastructure
Product service providersOperating specific product featuresOnly the specific content being processed — no account identity
Transactional email providerAccount and billing emailsYour email address and the message content
Meta Pixel / Conversions API (upcoming)Analytics & advertising measurementSite interaction events; see "Cookies & tracking" below

California and other applicable laws entitle you to know the categories of our processors — that's the table above. Specific inquiries: privacy@reclipit.app.

4. Cookies & tracking

Today the Service uses only essential cookies — a session cookie to keep you logged in and local storage for app preferences. No advertising trackers are active.

When we launch advertising measurement (Meta Pixel / Conversions API), it will set cookies and collect site interaction events (such as page views and signups) to measure and improve our ads. When that happens: we will disclose it here, request consent where required, and you can opt out via your browser settings, industry opt-out tools, or Meta's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences). You can also email us to object to tracking at any time.

5. Data retention & deletion

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information — most of it directly in Settings, and anything else by emailing privacy@reclipit.app. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and why; request a copy of it; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. If that changes when advertising measurement launches, we will provide the required "opt-out" mechanism here first. To exercise any right, email privacy@reclipit.app with "Privacy request" in the subject.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, transport is encrypted (HTTPS), payment data lives with Stripe, and media is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

RECLIPIT is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves (for example, when email or advertising measurement launches). We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: support@reclipit.app — or use our contact page.
